2型糖尿病患者血脂水平的变化及意义

目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血脂水平的变化及意义。方法按1999年WHO的诊断标准选择T2DM患者47例,健康对照组(NGT)35例,测定所有受试者一般临床及生化指标,分析两组血脂水平的变化。结果与NGT组相比,T2DM组空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 T2DM患者空腹血脂水平升高,其异常是由于胰岛素紊乱引起.在临床上应高度重视调脂治疗,改善血脂对于延缓糖尿病及并发症的进展具有重要意。

Changes and Significance of Serum Lipids Level in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients

Objective To explore the changes and the significance of serum lipids level in the subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Based on standards of WHO in 1999,47 T2DM patients were selected as T2DM group and 35 healthy subjects as control group.After measured height,weight,waist circumference(WC),hip circumference(HC) and blood pressure,the fasting blood of T2DM group and control group were collected and the fasting levels of glucose,insulin,HbA1c,lipids were determined.The HOMA-IR was calculated based on FPG and FIns with the minimal model and the formula is HOMA-IR=FPG×FIns/22.5.The statistical data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software.Results Compared with control group,the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) of T2DM group increased significantly.Conclusion The fasting serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-C increased in T2DM patients,which may contribute,in part,to the pathogenesis of T2DM.
