我国护理学期刊近10年学术影响力分析

目的 从总被引频次和影响因子角度,定量分析我国护理学期刊学术影响力变化趋势。方法 采用文献计量法、比较研究法,统计《中国科技期刊引证报告》（CJCR）核心版近10年收录护理学期刊的总被引频次和影响因子最大值、最小值和平均值等。结果 CJCR核心版收录的护理学期刊总被引频次平均值年代变化从2000年的230上升到2009年2965;影响因子平均值从2000年的0.1735上升到2009年的0.5621;高影响力（影响因子≥1.0）期刊数量基本没变,所占百分比渐小。结论 我国护理学期刊质量和数量均逐年提高,且增长速度较快;学术影响力呈上升趋势,但仍然较弱,需加大期刊建设力度和提高护理人员的科研能力,以促进护理学科的纵深发展。

Analysis on the academic influence of Chinese nursing journals in recent ten years

Objective To quantitatively analyze the changing trends of academic influence of nursing journals via total citation frequency and impact factor.Methods Literature review and comparative study method were employed to calculate maximum value,minimum value and average value of nursing journal indexed by "chinese journal citation reports"(CJCR) Core Edition.Results The average total citation frequency increased from 230 in 2000 to 2965 in 2009.The average impact factor increased from 0.1735 in 2000 to 0.5621 in 2009.High impact(impact factor >1.0) periodical proportion did not change much.Conclusion The quality and quantity of nursing journals are annually increasing with rapid growth rate.Although the academic influence of the journals is in an upward trend,it is still weak.It needs to increase periodical construction and improve the nurses’ ability of scientific research and to promote the development of nursing science.
