阿加曲班对急性脑梗死患者血清白细胞介素8水平的影响

目的:观察阿加曲班对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清白细胞介素8(IL-8)水平的影响。方法:开放随机对照研究,65例患者按1∶1∶1方法随机分成3组:对照组,治疗组A和治疗组B,3组均采用基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗外合并应用阿加曲班,治疗组A阿加曲班60 mg·d-1溶解于溶液中静脉滴注,连续48 h治疗,治疗组B阿加曲班60 mg·d-1溶解于溶液中静脉滴注,连续48 h治疗后,随后阿加曲班10 mg溶解于溶液中静脉滴注,bid,连续5 d。入院后即刻(d0),第1,2,3,4,6,9,12天及入院后第4周,各抽空腹静脉血2 mL检测IL-8水平的变化。结果:阿加曲班可明显降低血清IL-8的水平(P<0.05),但比较应用阿加曲班2 d 60 mg·d-1和持续阿加曲班48 h后随即给予每次10 mg,bid,连续5 d,2组IL-8的变化曲线无差异(P>0.05)。结论:早期48 h应用大剂量(60 mg·d-1)阿加曲班可明显降低血清IL-8水平,但持续应用至1周比仅使用48 h不能更加降低血清IL-8水平。

Effect of argatroban on serum IL-8 in acute cerebral infarction patients

OBJECTIVE To observe effect of argatroban on serum IL-8 in acute cerebral infarction patients.METHODS At present research,open,randomized,controlled studies were used.65 patients 1∶1∶1 randomize into three groups: the control group,the treatment group A and the treatment group B,three groups all were treated with basic therapeutic.And then,Group A used argatroban 60 mg·d-1and continued 48 hours,Group B used argatroban 60 mg·d-1,continued 48 hours and then continued with 10 mg,twice/day(bid) for 5 days.2 mL blood was collected to detect the IL-8 on before treatment and next day(d1),d2,d3 d6,d4,d9,d12,and 4 weeks after treatments.RESULTS Argatroban obviously reduce the level of serum IL-8(P<0.05),but,using argatroban for another 5-day did’t lower IL-8 more than only using 48 h(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Early 48 hours application of high-dose(60 mg·d-1) argatroban,can obviously reduce serum IL-8 level,but continuous application to 1 week cannot reduce serum IL-8 level more.
