摘    要:目的探讨开放复位DVR解剖型桡骨掌侧锁定接骨板治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析自2010年12月。2012年4月用DVR解剖型桡骨掌侧锁定接骨板治疗的不稳定桡骨远端骨折15例。结果15例获随访8~24个月,平均14个月,所有骨折均于术后3个月内愈合。术后平均掌倾角、尺偏角、尺骨变异分别为(7.9±2.3)°、(21.5±3.4)。、(-0.20±1.21)mm,末次随访时平均掌倾角、尺偏角、尺骨变异分别为(7.80±2.24)°、(21.3±3。4)°、(-0.07±1.22)mm,二者差异无统计学意义。按照改良的Green—O'Bfien功能评分,腕关节功能:优11例,良2例,可1例,差1例。结论开放复位DVR解剖型桡骨掌侧锁定接骨板治疗桡骨远端骨折具有操作简单、骨折复位好、固定牢固、可早期功能锻炼、腕关节功能恢复满意的优点。是治疗桡骨远端比较理想的方法。

Treatment of distal radius fracture with DVR plate

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of open reduction and internal fixation with DVR plate in the treatment of distal radius fracture. Methods From December 2010 to April 2012, 15 patients with unstable distal radius fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with DVR plate. Results All the patients were followed up for 8-24 months (average, 14 months). All fractures healed within 3 months. The postoperative mean volar tilt, radial inclination and ulnar variance were (7.9±2.3)°, (21.5±3.4)°, (-0.20±l.21)mm, respectively; and the final mean volar tilt, radial inclination and ulnar variance were (7.80±2.24)°, (21.3±3.4)°, (-0.07±1.22)mm, respectively, between which there was no statistical significance. According to the Modified Green-O'Brien Scale, the functional results were excellent in 11 patients, good in 2, fair in 1, and bad in 1. Conclusion It is an ideal way to treat the distal radius fracture with open reduction and internal fixation with DVR plate, which has the advantages of simple manipulation, good reduction, rigid fLxation, early return to functional exercises and good recovery of wrist function.
