构建和谐医患关系与医学教育的思考——以哈医大“弑医案”为视角

近期的连续伤医案使医患关系再次成为社会关注的焦点。导致医患冲突的原因是多方面的,从医生一方的原因分析,医生对医患关系的性质认识不恰当、不适应医学模式及医生地位的转变、自身医疗水平的限制、医患沟通不畅等问题是造成医患关系紧张的重要原因。医学教育对于学生人文素质及沟通能力培养的欠缺、以培养合作型医疗模式为目标的医学教育理念的欠缺以及医生职业道德教育方面的形式主义是造成上述医方原因的重要因素。针对医学教育中存在的上述问题,探究应采取怎样的对策,将医学生培养成具有构建和谐医患关系意识、技能高超、受人尊重的好医生。

Construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship and medical education reform Reflections on the case of killing a doctor in Harbin Medical University

Recent continuous cases of attacking the doctors make the doctor-patient relationship become the focus of attention of the society once again. Causes for doctor-patient conflict are various. In doctors, the misunderstanding to the nature of the doctor-patient relationship, the maladjustment to the changes of medical mode and doctors＂ status, the limitation of their medical skills, the poor doctor-patient communication, all of these mainly lead to the nervous doctor- patient relationship. Further analysis shows that the above causes are the results of our medical education which is deficient in promoting the medical students＇ humanity quality and communication ability, in education ideas of cultivating cooperative medical mode, and in the professional ethics education. The article aims at exploring what countenneasures to take to train the medical students to become a good doctor with harmonious doctor-patient relationship consciousness and the expert skills.
