| 摘 要： | 多数学者认为高原环境对心理健康及认知功能有明显影响,但也有文献呈现相悖的观点。经进一步调研论证,明晰了高原环境对身心健康的明确影响。高原环境被试心理健康状况较差,在社交方面回避倾向及内心苦恼感受较为严重,感受到的社会支持较低。不同的海拔高度对认知功能有不同的影响。

| Abstract: | Most experts believe that plateau environment has significant effects on psychological health and cognitive function, but there are also different views in some literatures. Through further investigation, we illustrated the clear effects of plateau environment on human physical and mental health. Plateau group subjects in our study had a poor mental health status. They had a tendency to avoid social interaction and felt more seriously distressed and less social support. Different altitude height has different effects on cognitive function. |
