广州北部山区农村居民对高血压认知情况的调查分析

目的 了解农村居民关于高血压健康知识,为制定农村地区高血压防治措施提供依据.方法 以随机整群抽样方法抽取广州北部山区增城正果镇大于30岁的农村常住人口共1500人进行血压检测及认知程度调查.结果 高血压知识得分及格率30.73％.知识得分与调查对象的年龄、文化程度有关.通过被动途径（包括日常聊天、电视、广播等）获取高血压防治知识占53.16％,主动获取（包括书籍、报纸、网络等）占22.16％;专业人员参与的知识普及（包括医务人员、第三方宣传资料等）仅占24.68％.结论 农村居民高血压健康知识水平较低,应在广大农村人群中开展高血压知识的健康教育活动,以提高高血压的防治水平.

A survey of the awareness of hypertension in residents from northern Guangzhou mountainous area

Objective To investigate the knowledge in hypertension heahhcare, and provide a basis for the hyperten-sion prevention and treatment in residents from rural area. Methods Randomly surveyed 1500 （aged 〉 30 years old） residents of Zengguo town, Zengcheng, Guanzhou with cluster sampling method, by using questionnaire and testing blood pressure. Results The cognitive rate for hypertension prevention knowledge was 30. 73%, the score of the questionnaire was positively re- lated to the age, education level of the surveyed subjects. The residents surveyed gained the knowledge of hypertension prevention 53.16% via passive approaches （included daily chatting, television watching, radio listening）, and 22. 16% by positive path- ways （i. e. reading book, newspaper, and surfing internet） , and only 24. 68% from health education activities with involvement of health care professionals （ health care providers or third party members）. Conclusion The healthcare knowledge of hypertension prevention in rural area residents is limited. More health education events should be launched to improve the acknowledgment of hypertension prevention in rural area residents.
