口腔癌淋巴管密度检测及其临床意义

目的探讨口腔癌组织中淋巴管密度（LVD）与颈淋巴结转移及其它临床病理参数之间的关系。方法选择56例口腔鳞状细胞癌石蜡组织标本，采用免疫组化方法检测淋巴管内皮标志物D2-40及淋巴管内皮透明质酸受体-1（LYVE-1）在口腔癌中的表达，计算口腔癌中的LVD，并进行统计学分析，观察LVD与颈淋巴结转移及其它临床病理参数（性别、年龄、发病部位、T分期、病理分级、浸润方式）之间的关系。结果LYVE-1染色显示，癌内LVD在淋巴结转移组明显高于无转移组（P〈0．05）。LYVE-1染色和D2-40染色均显示癌内LVD与病理分级呈正相关（P〈0．017）。LVD与性别、年龄、发病部位、T分期及浸润方式均无关。结论对于口腔癌来说，癌内淋巴管在肿瘤的浸润和转移中发挥重要作用。

Clinical significance of lymphatic vessel density in oral squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To study the relationship between lymphatic vessel density(LVD) and cervical lymph node metastasis and other clinicopathological features in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).MethodsImmunohistochemical staining for lymphatic markers D2-40 and LYVE-1 was used,and LVD was detected in fifty-six archival specimens of OSCC.The association between LVD and cervical lymph node metastasis and other clinicopathological features(gender,age,primary location,T stage,grade of pathology and fashion of tumor invasion) was statistically analyzed.Results Intratumoral LVD was higher in lymph node metastasis group than that in non-metastasis group(P<0.05).Intratumoral LVD was positively associated with grade of pathology(P<0.017).LVD was not associated with gender,age,primary location,T stage and fashion of tumor invasion.Conclusion Intratumoral lymphatics played a role in the invasion and matastasis of OSCC.
