| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨癌症患者生命质量与自我感受负担之间的相关性。方法:通过抽样选取221名癌症患者填写自我感受负担量表(C-SPBS)与生命质量测定量表(FACT-G),并对其进行相关性分析。结果:癌症患者的自我感受负担平均分为(20.69±7.37)分,生命质量平均分为(64.68±11.47)分,两者呈负相关(r=-0.27,P<0.01)。结论:癌症患者的自我感受负担与生命质量呈现负相关,且两者相互负性影响。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the correlation between self-perceived burden and quality of life of cancer patients. Methods ： 221 cancer patients completed the questionnaires of Chinese self-perceived burden scale and FACT-G self-rating scale, and the correlation were analyzed. Results ： The average scores of self-perceived burden and quality of life were （20.69 ± 7.37） and （64.68 ± 11.47） respectively and showed a negative correlation （ r = - 0.27, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Selfperceived burden and quality of life of cancer patients showed a negative correlation, and both af- fected each other negatively. |
