络活喜联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压伴高血脂的疗效分析

目的:探讨络活喜(苯磺酸氨氯地平片)联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压并高血脂的临床疗效。方法:随机选取2009年12月至2012年12月在郑州市郑工医院接受治疗的340例高血压并高血脂患者,按照随机对照的原则分为研究组(180例)和对照组(160例),研究组给予络活喜和阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,对照组给予硝苯地平和辛伐他汀治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗12周后研究组的总有效率为96.67%,对照组的总有效率为85.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组SBP、DBP、TG、TC、LDL均明显低于对照组,HDL明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:络活喜联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压并高血脂的临床疗效显著,能有效控制血压、血脂,无明显不良反应。

Analysis of the effect of norvase and atorvastatin calcium treatment on hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia

Objective ： To discuss the clinical efficacy of norvase and atorvastatin calcium treatment on hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia. Methods： 340 patients with hypertension compli- cated with hyperlipemia from December 2009 to December 2012 in Zhenggong Company Group Hospital were randomly divided into research group （180 cases） and control group （160 cases）. The research group was given norvase and atorvastatin calcium, the control group was given nife- dipine and simvastatin. The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results： The total ef- fective tare of research group was 96.67% , significantly higher than control group with 85.63%. The levels of SBP, DBP, TG, TC and LDL in research group were significantly lower than control group. The level of HDL in research group was significantly higher than control group. There were no significant adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of norvase and atorvastatin calcium was effective in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia. Norvase and atorvastatin calcium could preferablely control blood pressure and blood lipoids, and had no significant adverse reactions.
