超声与增强CT对膀胱肿瘤的诊断价值

目的:探讨超声和增强CT对膀胱肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:选择46例膀胱肿瘤患者作为研究对象,均行超声及增强CT检查,比较两种检查方法的诊断符合率。结果:46例患者共50个病灶,恶性37例、良性9例。超声检查诊断肿瘤46例,检出48个病灶;CT诊断肿瘤41例,检出45个病灶。超声与CT对结节数目的诊断符合率分别为96.00%(48/50)、90.00%(45/50),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声和增强CT对膀胱肿瘤病灶的诊断均有较高的符合率,可以为临床诊断和治疗提供重要的参考信息。

The value of ultrasonography and enhanced CT in the diagnosis of bladder tumor

Objective： To investigate the value of uhrasonography and enhanced CT in the diagnosis of bladder tumor. Methods： 46 patients with bladder tumor were selected and detected by ultra- sonography and enhanced CT. The detection rates of two methods were compared. Results ： Among the 46 cases with 50 tumor nodes, 37 cases were malignant, 9 cases were benign. 46 cases with 48 tumor nodes were diagnosed by uhrasonography; 41 cases with 45 tumor nodes were diagnosed by CT. The detection rates of ultrasonography and CT in bladder tumor were 96.00% and 90.00% respectively. The difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Both ultra- sonography and enhanced CT have high detection rates in the diagnosis of bladder tumor and could provide important reference information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
