| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预对老年患者便秘的影响。方法：应用临床症状积分量表评估104例便秘患者的临床症状,并给予护理干预,比较干预前后的评分。结果：护理干预后,老年便秘患者的临床症状明显改善。结论：护理干预能改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的舒适度。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the influence of nursing intervention on elderly patients' constipation.Methods:The author applies symptoms point scale to evaluate 104 cases of constipation patients' symptoms,perform nursing intervention and compare the points before and after the intervention.Results:Symptoms of the elderly patients obviously improve after the intervention.Conclusion:Nursing intervention can improve symptoms of patients as well as the degree of comfort. |
