| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术(laparoscopic appendectomy)中同时处理其它病变的经验。方法腹腔镜阑尾切除术的同时行疝修补术；胆囊切除术；精索静脉高位结扎术；移动盲肠固定术；卵巢囊肿摘除术及子宫肌瘤切除术；腹腔粘连松解术。结果34例手术顺利完成，无中转开腹。2例患者脐部切口感染外，其余均无并发症，术后住院时间和恢复时间与单一手术无明显差别。结论腹腔镜阑尾切除术不仅具有微创手术的优点，也可以同时行联合手术治疗多个病变，比开腹阑尾切除术具有不可替代的优势。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss experience of laparoscopic appendectomy associate with pathological changes in abdomen. Methods: Laparoscopic appendectomy with herniorrhaphy; cholecystectomy; varicocelectomy;caecopexia; ovariocystectomy and leiomyoma of uterus; conglutination relaxing of pelvic cavity. Results: There were infected incision in umbilic of 2 cases, the others had no complications, postoperation had no significant difference with singularity surgery that being in hospital. Conclusions: Laparoscopic appendectomy not only have minimally invasive surgery but also cure multi-pathological changes by united surgery, it is superior to conventional appendectomy. |
