没食子酸丙酯并前列地尔治疗老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞的疗效

目的：观察没食子酸丙酯并前列地尔对老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的治疗作用。方法：60例老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞患者随机分为2组，对照组予前列地尔100μg／d静点，治疗组在此基础上加桔丙酯180mg／d静点，疗程20d。治疗前后检查血压、踝臂指数、血糖、血脂、血浆纤维蛋白原定量，同时常规查肝、肾功能，并观察药物不良反应。结果：两组治疗后临床症状均有好转，但治疗组在总有效率及显效率均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。同时两组血浆纤维蛋白原定量均显著降低（P〈0．05），但治疗组下降更显著（P〈0．05）。两组踝臂指数改变无统计学差异，治疗组住院期间的心血管事件发生率显著下降（P〈0．05），两组均未发现肝肾功能损害，无严重不良反应发生。结论：桔丙酯与前列地尔联合应用能有效改善老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的缺血症状，并可能减少心血管事件的发生。

Effect of propylgallate combined prostaglandin E1 on treatment of lower extremities arteriosclerosis occlusion of aged patients

Objectives To evaluate the effect of propylgallate combined prostaglandin E1 on treatment of lower extremities arteriosclerosis occlusion of aged patients. Methods, A total of 60 patients with lower extremities arteriosclerosis occlusion were randomly divided into two groups,, treatment group （propylgallate 180 mg and prostaglandin E1 100μg drop iv every day for 20 days）, and the control group （prostaglandin E1 100μg drop iv every day for 20 days）. The clinical therapeutic effects were observed. The ankle arm index, plasma fibrinogen, liver and kidney function were detected, Results： The overall therapeutic effect and the excellence rate of treatment group were superior to the control group （P〈0.05） ; the level of blood fibrinogen of treatment group decreased significantly than that of control group （P~0.05）. The cardiovascular event was less in treatment group than that of control group （P〈0.05）. There was not serious side effect. Conclusion： Propylgallate combined prostaglandin E1 may improve therapeutic effects and de crease cardiovascular events in aged patients with lower extremities arteriosclerosis occlusion.
