30例关节镜下胫骨平台骨折治疗体会

目的:探讨在关节镜辅助下治疗胫骨平台骨折的方法和临床疗效。方法:在关节镜监视下对30例胫骨平台骨折患者行小切口复位螺钉内固定术,镜下同时处理关节内合并损伤。结果:术后随访6～20个月,平均14个月,疗效参照HSS评分标准,优19例,良9例,优良率为93.3%。结论:关节镜治疗胫骨平台骨折损伤小、观察关节面准确,可同时治疗关节内的其它病变,有利于早期恢复功能,并减少后期切口并发症。

Treatment Experience on 30 Cases of Arthroscopic tibial Plateau fractures

Objective:To summarize and explore treatment of tibial plateau fractures under arthroscope. Methods:30 patients with tibial plateau fractures got reduction and smooth articular facet under arthroscopic surveillance to get bonegrafting and by using hollow titanium screw to get fixation.
