急性面神经炎的高压氧治疗

目的：探讨高压氧在急性面神经炎治疗中的作用。方法：回顾性分析2003年8月-2008年10月5年间经我院确诊为急性面神经炎的患者，筛选单侧发病46例，经高压氧并辅助药物等综合治疗的总体疗效。采用面神经功能临床简易评定量表进行评估。结果：46例患者中治愈率为82．6％（38／46），总有效率为95．6％（44／46），2例无效。连续吸氧1-2个疗程治愈率达80．4％（37／46）。结论：高压氧辅助药物治疗急性面神经炎能显著提高临床疗效。高压氧治疗时期对疗效影响较大，起病后3h～1d内高压氧的治疗效果最好，起病后2～3d内高压氧的治疗效果相对欠佳。

Hyperbaric oxygen therapeutics in treatment of facial neuritis

Objective ：To investigate the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy （HBO） on treatment of facial neuritis. Methods：The effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined therapy on 46 patients of unilateral facial neuritis was analyzed with the clinical simplified grading scale on function of facial nerve retrospectively.All patients were diagnosed in our hospital during last 5 years from 2003 to 2008. Results：The total effective rate was 95.6%（44/46） in 46 cases,including 38 （82.6%） eases were cured, but 2 cases had no effect, Thirty-seven cases （80.4%） were cured after 1 or 2 period of treatment. Conclusion：Hyperbarie oxygen combined therapy can improve the therapeutic effect of facial neuritis especially during the therapy of hyperbaric oxygen. The earlier patient accepts the therapy of hyperbaric oxygen, the therapeutic effect is better. The therapeutic effect of those accepted hyperbaric oxygen after the facial neuritis occurring in 3 hours to 1 day is best. ]
