膀胱水扩术在大鼠氯胺酮性膀胱炎治疗中的应用效果观察

目的 观察膀胱水扩术联合药物膀胱灌注对氯胺酮性膀胱炎大鼠的治疗效果.方法 将20只氯胺酮性膀胱炎模型大鼠随机分为水扩组与灌注组各10只,水扩组行膀胱水扩术联合膀胱灌注药物（碱性利多卡因与地塞米松）治疗;灌注组行单纯膀胱内灌注药物治疗;另取10只正常大鼠作对照组.行尿流动力学检测,观察三组大鼠储尿期和排尿期膀胱功能改变.结果 与灌注组比较,水扩组最大膀胱容量（MBC）显著增大（F=77.575,P=0.000）,排尿间隔显著缩短（F=71.922,P=0.000）,储尿期逼尿肌不稳定收缩频率显著降低（F =24.934,P=0.000）.结论 膀胱水扩术能扩大大鼠膀胱容量,增加排尿间隔时间,改善氯胺酮性膀胱炎大鼠的膀胱功能.

Efficacy of bladder hydrodistention in treatment of rats with ketamine-associated cystitis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of bladder hydrodistention combined with drug intravesical instillation on rats with ketamine-associated cystitis.Methods A total of 20 model rats with ketamine-associated cystitis were randomly divided into two groups,10 in each group：the hydrodistention group which was treated with bladder hydrodistention combined drug perfusion （alkaline lidocaine and dexamethasone）,and the perfusion group which was treated with drug perfusion solely.Meanwhile,another 10 normal rats were injected with saline as the control group.Then,the urodynamic test was conducted in rats of the three groups to observed urinary function changes including urine reserving and voiding.Results Compared with the perfusion group,the maximum bladder capacity （MBC） was significantly increased （F =77.575,P =0.000）,the urination interval was shortened （F =71.922,P =0.000）,and the unstable contraction frequency of detrusor was significantly decreased （F =24.934,P =0.000） in the hydrodistention group.Conclusion The bladder hydrodistention can expand the rat bladder capacity,increase urination interval and improve bladder function of rats with ketamine-associated cystitis.
