摘    要:目的:观察定点注射与关节松动术联合治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例肩周炎患者随机分为两组各30例,治疗组采用定点注射与关节松动术联合治疗;对照组采用单纯定点注射治疗。治疗前后根据肩关节疼痛及活动度的评分进行疗效评定。结果:两组患者经治疗后肩关节疼痛程度及活动度评分均明显降低,同时治疗组优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:定点注射与关节松动术联合治疗肩周炎有显著的疗效,能够有效地止痛和改善肩关节活动范围,且定点注射与关节松动术联合治疗肩周炎的疗效优于单纯定点注射治疗。

Fixed - point Injection with Joint Mobilization in the Treatment of Shoulder Periarthritis

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of fixed -point injection and joint mobilization in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis. Methods :60 patients met the criteria for shoulder periarthritis cases were randomly divid- ed into two groups with 30 patients in each group, the treatment group was used by fixed -point injection and joint mobilization,and the control group was used with the simple fixed -point injection therapy. The curative effect was evaluated according to the clinical curative effect of shoulder pain and shoulder function activity quan-tification score between pre and post treatment. Results:The shoulder pain and shoulder function activity quan- tification score of the two groups after the treatment were significantly reduced. The treatment group was superior to the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion: Fixed- point injection with joint mobilization in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis can effectively relieve pain and improve the range of shoulder activity. Fixed - point injection with joint mobilization in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis is superior to the simple fixed -point injection therapy.
