原发性高血压的危险因素分析

目的探讨各种危险因素与高血压的关系。方法选择301例高血压患者,根据不同危险因素分组:1)吸烟组;2)饮酒组;3)高脂血症组;4)有糖尿病病史组;5)肥胖组;6)有心血管家族史组;7)高龄组。结果在1级高血压组中,肥胖者与高脂血症者较多,在2级高血压组中,肥胖与高脂血症者较多,在3级高血压组中肥胖与家族史较多。结论肥胖与高血压关系最密切,是高血压最危险的因素。

Analysis on relationship between risk factors and primary hypertension

Objective To investigate the relationship of risk factors and primary hypertension.Methods 301 primary hypertension patient were divided into seven groups:1)cigarette smoking group;2)alcohol drinking group;3)hyperlipidemia group;4)diabetes group;5)obesity group;6)cardiovascular family history;7)old age groups.Results Among hypertension of 1 level and 2 level,the patient with obesity and hyperlipidemia were more than others.Patient with obesity and cardiovascular family history were more in 3 level hypertension.Conclusions Obesity is the important risk factors of primary hypertension.
