丹参注射液对豚鼠耳蜗缺血再灌注损伤后细胞凋亡的影响

目的 研究丹参对豚鼠耳蜗缺血再灌注损伤后细胞凋亡的影响.方法 将72只健康豚鼠随机分成正常组、假手术组、丹参干预假手术组、模型组和干预组,采用组织化学法观察缺血再灌注不同时间点耳蜗各部位的组织学改变;用原位凋亡法观察耳蜗缺血及不同时间段内再灌注的细胞凋亡情况.结果 正常组、假手术组、丹参干预假手术组豚鼠内耳罕见凋亡细胞.模型组Corti器、血管纹、螺旋神经节在缺血及再灌注各个时间点上均有细胞凋亡;干预组Corti器、血管纹、螺旋神经节在缺血及再灌注各个时间点上均有细胞凋亡,凋亡指数较模型组降低(P＜0.05).结论 丹参使凋亡细胞减少,对缺血再灌注损伤后的耳蜗起保护作用.
