摘    要:观察早期口服四君子汤加味对烫伤大鼠肠道分泌S -IGA的影响。方法 :复制大鼠烫伤模型 ,随机分为正常对照组、烫伤中药治疗组、烫伤对照组 ,用放射免疫分析法检测伤后各时相点回肠粘液中S -IGA的含量。用免疫浊度方法测量伤后各时相点血浆IGA含量。结果 :烫伤对照组回肠粘液S -IGA以及血浆IGA均明显降低 ,而烫伤中药治疗组回肠粘液中S -IGA以及血浆IGA均明显高于烫伤对照组 ,且与正常对照组无明显差别。结论 :提示早期口服中药四君子汤加味能明显维持肠粘膜细胞分泌S -IGA的功能 ,对防治烧伤后细菌或毒素移位有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect on smal l intestines immune function by early oral feeding with Si Jun Zi decoction in r ats after burned.Methods:Rats post burned were randomly divided into three groups :normal control group,burned control group,treated group with Si Jun Zi decoc tion in post-burned.The S-IGA concentration of ileal mucus was measured by RIA o n post-burend day 3,6,9,and the plasma IGA contents were measured by immune turb id degree on post-burned day 3,6,9, too.Results:The concentration of S-IGA in the il eal mucus as well as IGA in plasma deceased significantly in post-burned in burn ed control groups,but increased in treated groups with Si Jun Zi decoction in po st-burned.Conclusions:The treatment with Si Jun Z i decoction in post-burned efficiently improves the small intestinal S-IAG excre t ion and it may play an important role in the prevention of endotoxin and bacteri al translocation after burned.
