早期活动对ICU机械通气患者的影响研究

目的探讨早期活动对ICU机械通气患者的机械通气时间、并发症的影响。方法选取我院2018年2月～2019年2月期间治疗的ICU机械通气患者98例,其中对照组49例接受常规ICU治疗,观察组49例在常规ICU治疗的基础上进行早期活动。比较分析两组的机械通气时间、ICU停留时间、总住院时间及并发症发生率。结果观察组机械通气时间(2.86±0.85)d、ICU停留时间(5.69±1.27)d和总住院时间(25.16±3.24)d均短于对照组(4.52±1.26)d,(7.34±2.14)d,(28.93±4.52)d],并发症发生率(6.12%)低于对照组(20.41%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对ICU机械通气患者实施早期活动有利于缩短其治疗时间,降低并发症发生率,在临床上具有很大的实践价值。

Effect of early activities on ICU mechanical ventilation patients

Objective To investigate the effect of early activities on the mechanical ventilation time and complications of ICU mechanical ventilation patients.Methods Ninety-eight ICU mechanical ventilation patients treated in our hospital between February 2018 and February 2019 were enrolled.Among them,routine ICU therapy was implemented in the 49 patients of the control group,and early activities were conducted on the basis of conventional ICU therapy in the 49 patients of the observation group.The mechanical ventilation time,ICU stay time,total length of hospital stay,and incidences of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The mechanical ventilation time was(2.86±0.85) days,ICU stay time was(5.69±1.27) days and total length of hospital stay was(25.16±3.24) days in the observation group,which were shorter than those in the control group(4.52±1.26) days,(7.34±2.14) days,(28.93±4.52) days],and the incidence of complications (6.12%) was lower than that of the control group (20.41%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of early activities in ICU mechanical ventilation patients is beneficial to shorten the treatment time and reduce the incidence of complications,which has great practical value in clinical practice.
