| 摘 要： | 现代研究发现,巴戟天主要由糖类、蒽醌类、脂类、有机酸、维生素等多种化合物组成,有抗炎、抗氧化、抗抑郁、平喘等多种生物学活性。巴戟天最初被发现具有改善性功能、活血祛湿等功效,其在抑郁症、骨质疏松、支气管哮喘等疾病中也展现出了多项值得深入研究的治疗潜能。现围绕巴戟天在不同疾病中的药理作用进行探讨,为巴戟天的临床治疗提供多重方向。

| Abstract: | Morinda officinalis is mainly composed of sugars,anthraquinones,lipids,organic acids,vitamins and other compounds,and has a variety of biological activities such as anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-depressant,and anti-asthmatic.Morinda officinalis was originally found to have the effects of improving sexual function,promoting blood circulation and removing dampness.With the further development of clinical research,diseases such as depression,osteoporosis,and bronchial asthma have also shown a number of therapeutic potentials worth studying.Study on morinda officinalis and its pharmacological effects in different diseases,in order to provide important direction for the further promotion of morinda officinalis in clinical treatment. |
