舒适护理在子宫肌瘤患者护理中的应用

目的探讨舒适护理在子宫肌瘤患者护理中的应用。方法选取2017年3月～2018年12月我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者50例作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理,比较两组护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组护理满意度为100.0%,优于对照组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);护理后,观察组并发症发生率为8.0%,优于对照组的36.0%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对子宫肌瘤患者采用舒适护理,可加快患者康复速度,缓解临床症状,改善生活质量,可取得较高护理满意度,促进患者全面康复,降低术后并发症发生率,具有临床应用价值。

Application of comfort nursing in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroids

Objective To explore the application of comfort nursing in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 50 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine care,and the observation group was treated with comfort nursing.The nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.0%,higher than that of the control group(72.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the complication rate of the observation group was 8.0%,higher than that of the control group(36.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing for patients with uterine fibroids can speed up the recovery of patients,relieve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,achieve higher nursing satisfaction,promote comprehensive rehabilitation of patients,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.It has clinical application value.
