多排螺旋CT平扫联合增强扫描及多平面重组在结直肠癌中的诊断价值

目的探讨多排螺旋CT平扫+增强及多平面重组在结直肠癌中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2016年1月～2019年8月我院59例结直肠癌患者的临床资料,所有患者手术前均行腹部CT平扫+增强扫描,并进行多平面重组后处理,分析影像学表现。结果 59例结直肠癌患者,升结肠癌2例,横结肠癌5例,降结肠癌6例,乙状结肠癌14例,直肠癌32例;影像表现为管腔不规则肿块、溃疡、肠壁不规则增厚、狭窄,周围脂肪间隙模糊,肠梗阻及周围淋巴结肿大等。本组数据采用Kappa系数检验,k值分别为0.719及0.687,说明结直肠癌术前CT诊断TN分期与病理结果 TN分期具有高度一致性。结论多排螺旋CT平扫+增强扫描及多平面重组技术在结直肠癌诊断中,可较好的显示结直肠腔内外情况,在临床上有较高的诊断价值。

Diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT plain scan combined with enhanced scan and multi-planar reconstruction in colorectal cancer

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT plain scan+enhancement and multiplanar reconstruction in colorectal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 59 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent abdominal CT plain scan +enhanced scan before surgery,and then underwent multi-planar reorganization post-processing.The image manifestations were analyzed.Results Among 59 cases of colorectal cancer,there were 2 cases of ascending colon cancer,5 cases of transverse colon cancer,6 cases of descending colon cancer,14 cases of sigmoid colon cancer,and 32 cases of rectal cancer.The images showed irregular lumen,ulcers,and irregular bowel wall thickening and narrowing,blurring of surrounding fat space,intestinal obstruction and enlargement of peripheral lymph nodes.The Kappa coefficient test was used in this group of data,with k values of 0.719 and 0.687,respectively,indicating that the TN staging of CT diagnosis before colorectal cancer and the TN staging of pathological results were highly consistent.Conclusion Multislice spiral CT plain scan+enhanced scanner multi-planar recombination technology can better display the inside and outside condition of the colorectal cavity in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer,and has high clinical diagnostic value.
