急诊科护理人员实施心肺复苏（CPR）技能培训结合督查考核方式的应用研究

目的探讨急诊科护理人员实施心肺复苏(CPR)技能培训结合督查考核方式的效果。方法选取2016年9月～2018年8月我院急诊科护理人员80例,以随机数字表法分为研究组(心肺复苏技能培训结合督查考核方式)和对照组(常规培训模式),每组40例,评价两组培训前后护理人员心肺复苏标准化考核情况、急救能力、护理差错发生率与患者对护理满意度。结果两组培训前心肺复苏标准化各指标考核情况无差异(P0.05);培训后两组心肺复苏标准化各指标考核评分均明显提高(P0.01),研究组明显优于对照组(P0.01);研究组分析判断、应急配合、急救动手及急救意识评分分别为(90.25±5.41)分、(89.37±7.58)分、(86.74±8.26)和(85.21±10.38)分,各项急救能力评分均高于对照组(P0.05);研究组患者对护理的满意率(95.00%)高于对照组(67.50%)(P0.05),研究组护理差错发生率(17.50%)低于对照组(50.00%)(P0.05)。结论急诊科护理人员实施心肺复苏技能培训结合督查考核方式有利于强化心肺复苏标准化,锻炼护理人员急救能力,降低护理差错发生率,改善护患关系,提高护理满意度,值得推广。

Application research of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)skills training combined with supervision and assessment methods performed in emergency department nurses

Objective To investigate the effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)skills training combined with supervision and assessment methods performed in emergency department nurses.Methods 80 nursing staff from the emergency department of our hospital from September 2016 to August 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into the study group(cardiopulmonary resuscitation skill training combined with supervision and assessment method)and the control group(regular training mode)by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Two groups of nurses before and after training were evaluated for the standardized assessment of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the ability of first aid,the incidence of nursing errors and the satisfaction of patients with nursing care before and after training.Results There was no difference in the assessment of the indexes of cardiopulmonary resuscitation before training(P>0.05).After the training,the scores of the standardized indexes of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01).And the scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.01).The study group''s analysis and judgment,emergency coordination,first-aid and first-aid awareness score were(90.25±5.41)points,(89.37±7.58)points,(86.74±8.26)and(85.21±10.38)points,which were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(67.50%)(P<0.05).The error rate of the study group was 17.50%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(50.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills training combined with supervision and assessment method implemented in emergency department of nursing staff to is conducive to strengthen the standard assessment of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,exercise the first aid ability of nursing staff,reduce the incidence of errors,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and improve the satisfaction of nursing,which is worth promoting.
