益气补肾止喘汤联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘疗效研究

目的:分析益气补肾止喘汤联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘疗效及对患儿炎症因子、IgE水平的影响。方法:选择98例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组49例哮喘患儿予以布地奈德雾化吸入,观察组49例哮喘患儿在此基础上予以益气补肾止喘汤治疗。观察两组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、肺功能指标、血清因子、免疫功能指标。结果:对照组总有效率81.63%显著低于观察组总有效率95.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组退热时间、哮鸣音消失时间、气促缓解时间、白细胞介素-5、白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-17、IgE均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组第1秒末用力呼气量、呼气峰流速百分比、肺活量、IgG、IgM均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:益气补肾止喘汤联合布地奈德可以改善患儿喘息、咳嗽等症状,有效抑制炎症反应,提高患儿免疫功能和肺功能,临床疗效较好。

Effect research on Yiqi Bushen Zhichuan decoction combined with budesonide treatment of children with asthma

Objective:To analyze efficacy of Yiqi Bushen Zhichuan decoction combined with budesonide in treatment of pediatric asthma and effect on inflammatory factors and IgE levels.Methods:98 asthmatic children were selected as study subjects.According to the number table method,they were divided into two groups.The control group(n=49)were treated with budesonide atomization,and the observation group(n=49)treated with Yiqi Bushen Zhichuan decoction.Clinical efficacy,improvement time of clinical symptoms,lung function indexes,serum factors and immune function indexes were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the control group 81.63% was significantly lower than that in the observation group 95.92%,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the time of fever,asthma disappearance,breath relief,interleukin-5,interleukin-4,interleukin-17 and IgE in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Forced expiratory volume at the end of the first second,percentage of peak expiratory flow rate,vital capacity,IgG and IgM in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Bushen Zhichuan decoction combined with budesonide can improve the symptoms of wheezing and coughing,effectively inhibit inflammatory response,improve the immune function and lung function of patients,with better clinical efficacy.
