Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for Meckel''s diverticulum. Methods 64 children with Meckel''s diverticulum who were treated from January 2013 to May 2018 were enrolled as subjects. They were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method.32 patients in the control group were treated with conventional open surgery, and 32 patients in the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery. The effects between the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss was(2.85±0.84)mL,the hospitalization days were(4.80±1.23)d,and the hospitalization expenses were(1.90±0.24)million in the experimental group, which were significantly less than(3.37±0.97)mL,(5.79±1.35)d,(2.25±0.30)million in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(6.25%vs 25.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for Meckel''s diverticulum is effective and has fewer postoperative complications, which is beneficial to shorten hospital stay and reduce hospitalization costs. |
