精神专科医院院内感染现状调查

目的对精神专科医院感染现状进行调查分析,为医院感染的预防和控制提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查与前瞻性监测相结合的方式,对某三级甲等精神专科医院2017年1月～2018年6月住院及出院的9838例患者中发生医院感染病例进行调查监测。结果共计发生医院感染146例,感染率为1.48%;感染相关死亡病例5例,约占3.42%;不同科室间医院感染发生率有所不同,以老年精神科发生为高发科室,感染率为3.50%,心身科感染率最低,为0.09%;感染部位以下呼吸道感染为主,占67.1%,其次为上呼吸道(16.44%)、泌尿道(11.64%);病原学检查141例,病原学送检率为96.58%,阳性率为19.18%,分离到病原菌67株,以革兰阴性菌为主。结论进一步加强医院感染管理,采取预防和控制措施,降低呼吸道感染,有效降低医院感染发生率。

Investigation on the status of nosocomial infection in psychiatric hospital

Objective To investigate and analyze the current status of infection in psychiatric hospitals,and to provide evidence for prevention and control of nosocomial infections.Methods A retrospective survey and prospective surveillance were combined to investigate the incidence of nosocomial infections in 9838 patients who were hospitalized and discharged from January 2017 to June 2018 in a third-grade psychiatric hospital.Results A total of 146 cases of nosocomial infection occurred,with the infection rate of 1.48%.There were 5 cases of infection-related deaths,accounting for 3.42%.The incidence of nosocomial infections in different departments was different,and the incidence of geriatric psychiatry was high,with the infection rate of 3.50%.The psychosomatic infection rate was the lowest,accounting for 0.09%.The respiratory infections were mainly in the lower respiratory tract infection,accounting for 67.1%,followed by the upper respiratory tract (16.44%) and the urinary tract (11.64%).There were 141 cases of pathogenic examinations,and the pathogen examination rate was 96.58%,with the positive rate of 19.18%.And 67 strains of pathogens were isolated,mainly Gram-negative bacteria.Conclusion It can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections by further strengthening hospital infection management,taking preventive and control measures.
