综合护理干预对老年心衰患者容量管理的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预对老年心衰患者容量管理的影响。方法选取2016年9月～2018年9月于我院住院治疗的老年心衰患者共98例,随机分为研究组、对照组,各49例。对照组采取心内科常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上采取综合护理干预,比较两组患者的心功能及治疗依从性。结果护理前,两组心功能各项指标间差异无统计学意义(P0.05);护理后患者心功能均显著改善,而研究组改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);研究组全部依从率(81.63%)显著高于对照组(55.10%),依从较差率(2.04%)明显低于对照组(16.33%),整体依从性优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对老年心衰患者容量管理运用综合护理干预可有效改善患者的心功能,增强其依从性,对控制其病情进展有较好护理效果。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on capacity management of elderly patients with heart failure

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the capacity management of elderly patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with heart failure who were hospitalized in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care in cardiology,the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Cardiac function and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in cardiac function indices between the two groups(P>0.05);the cardiac function of the patients was significantly improved after the nursing,and the improvement in the study group was better than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the rate of full compliance cases in the study group(81.63%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(55.10%),and the rate of poor compliance cases(2.04%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.33%).Overall compliance was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for the capacity management of elderly patients with heart failure can effectively improve the patients'' cardiac function,enhance their compliance,and have better nursing effects on the control of their disease progress.
