基于行为动机转换理念的康复护理对急性化脓性阑尾炎患者术后恢复及预后的影响

目的探讨行为动机转换理念的康复护理对急性化脓性阑尾炎患者术后恢复及预后的影响,为临床护理提供指导。方法选取2017年8月～2018年7月我院收治的120例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,按照简单随机分组法分为观察组和对照组。对照组进行常规护理,观察组则施行系统化的康复护理,对患者的行为动机进行干预。对比两组患者的下床活动时间、初次肛门排气时间、住院时间、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组患者下床活动时间、初次肛门排气时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,且护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论行为动机转换理念的综合性康复护理有助于急性化脓性阑尾炎患者术后的恢复,可显著缩患者的住院时间,降低术后并发症的发生率,有良好的推广价值。

Effect of rehabilitation nursing based on behavioral motive conversion concept on postoperative recovery and prognosis of patients with acute suppurative appendicitis

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing based on behavioral motive conversion concept on the postoperative recovery and prognosis of patients with acute suppurative appendicitis in order to provide guidance for clinical nursing.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled in the study and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the simple random grouping method.Conventional nursing was implemented in the control group while systematic rehabilitation nursing was implemented in the observation group and the patients'' behavioral motivation was intervened.The time of getting out of bed,time of initial anal exhaust,length of hospital stay,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the time of getting out of bed,time of initial anal exhaust and length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on behavioral motivation conversion concept is helpful for the postoperative recovery of patients with acute suppurative appendicitis,significantly shortens the hospitalization time of surgical patients and reduces the incidence of postoperative complications,which is of good promotion value.
