妈咪爱治疗母乳性高胆红素血症的疗效观察

目的探讨妈咪爱对轻中度母乳性高胆红素血症的临床应用价值。方法将80例母乳性黄疸患几分为2组。治疗组40例，采用妈咪爱（1．5g／d），3次／d口服，5d1疗程；对照组40例采用苯巴比妥5mg／（kg·d），1次／d，5d1疗程，并用蓝光箱直接照射。结果显效率：治疗组为70％，而对照组为25％，2组相比差异显著（P＜O．01）。结论妈咪爱对轻中度母乳性高胆红素血症疗效好，经济，无不良反应。

A clinical observation on effect of Mamiai on lowering breast milk jaundice

Objective To discuss the clinical application value of Mamiai on Lowering Breast Milk Jaundice. Methods A total of 80 infants with breast milk jaundice were divided into two groups.Treatment group had 40 infants who were given Mamiai （ 1.5g/d ）, three times every day for 5 days , and control group had 40 ones who were given phe- nobarblta/5 mg/（kg·d ）, one time every day, all of the infants were treated by phototherapy warmer.Results The rate of curative effect of treatment group was 70% ,and 25% for control group, There was siginiiicant difference in the therapeutic outcome between the two groups （P〈0.01）,Conclusion Mamiai was good response, economical and had no side effect in the treatment of infant breast milk jaundice,
