| 摘 要： | 目的:寻找更有效的检测血吸虫CAg探针.方法:经5次细胞融合.获得17株高效价抗血吸虫肠相关和虫卵抗原McAb.分别标己辣根过氧化物酶后.采用直接Dot-ELISA对健康人、急感和慢感进行了双盲平行检测.结果:诊断效能分别在88.0和96.1之间,其中最好的一株Jouden指数为0.87.结论:这些探针用于血吸虫CAg的检测是有效的.

| Abstract: | Objective: To find more effective probes for detecting circulating antigen (CAg) of schistosome. Methods: 17 monoclonal antibodies (McAb) were made through 5 times of cellular blend and then were applied to detect CAg in the sera of normal, acute and chronic infected individuals with Dot ELISA by double blind trial. Results: The results showed that the diagnostic efficiencies were between 88.0 and 96.1. The best one presented Jouden index of 0.87. Conclusion: The results prove that it is effective to use the probes to detect CAg of schistosome. |
