| 摘 要： | 目的探讨后房型人工晶体缝线固定术的方法及手术效果。方法对26例后囊膜缺损的无晶体眼施行巩膜睫状沟后房型人工晶体缝线固定术。结果随访时间1—25个月。术后视力明显提高，矫正视力优于术后裸眼视力，无严重并发症发生。结论后房型人工晶体缝线固定术作为无后囊膜的人工晶体植入方式具有一定的临床价值。
