探讨三种喂养方式与婴幼儿缺铁性贫血的关系

目的：探讨三种喂养方式与婴幼儿缺铁性贫血的关系。方法：随机抽取866例3个月～1岁婴幼儿体检标本,根据母乳喂养情况分为纯母乳喂养组（380例）、混合喂养组（240例）和人工喂养组（246例）,比较各组婴幼儿的贫血情况及缺铁情况。结果：纯母乳喂养组贫血率为7.89%,混合喂养组为19.58%,人工喂养组为27.64%,纯母乳喂养组与其他两组比较,有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）;纯母乳喂养组缺铁率为10.00%,混合喂养儿为23.75%,人工喂养组为31.30%,纯母乳喂养组与其他两组比较,有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：提倡母乳喂养能有效地降低缺铁性贫血的发生,及时添加辅食,预防缺铁性贫血的发生。

Explorison of relationship between three kinds of feeding pattern and infant iron-deficiency anaemia

Objective：To explore the relationship between three kinds of feeding pattern and infant iron-deficiency anaemia.Methods：Randomly extracted 866 cases infantile specimens from 3 months to 1 year.According to the breastfeeding situation,they were divided into breast feeding group（380 cases）,mixed feeding group（240 cases）,artificial feeding group（246 cases）.The anaemic circumstance and iron-deficiency were compared.Results：The anaemic rate was 7.89% in breast feeding group,mixed feeding group was 19.58%,artificial feeding group was 27.64%.Breast feeding group and the other two groups had obvious difference（P0.01）;the iron-deficiency rate was 10.00% in breast feeding group,mixed feeding group was 23.75%,artificial feeding group was 31.30%,Breast feeding group and the other two groups had obvious difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：Breastfeeding can effectively reduce the iron-deficiency anaemia,added timely complementary feed,to prevent iron-deficiency anaemia.
