| 摘 要： | 认知障碍是一个具有重要医学和社会意义的问题，血管危险因素是其重要的病因。大量临床试验和汇总分析表明，钙通道阻滞剂不仅能治疗各种痴呆，还能预防急性缺血性卒中、高血压、蛛网膜下腔出血和脑外伤患者认知障碍的发生。

| Abstract: | Cognitive impairment is an important medical and social issue with vascular risk factors as its cause. A great number of clinical trials and meta-analyses have demonstrated that calcium channel blockers can not only treat various type of dementias, but also prevent cognitive imprments following acute ischemic stroke, hypertension, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and brain trauma. |
