循环内皮细胞研究进展

摘    要:人们在对体内血管内皮损伤判定指标的研究中,发现循环中存在一定的内皮细胞;而它的数量能作为一种敏感、特异的判定标准。这些细胞在外周血中表达CD146膜糖蛋白,在正常人血中数量极少,而在炎症、免疫应答、感染、肿瘤形成和心血管疾病等情况数量可明显增加。循环内皮细胞能通过Hladovec法、密度梯度法和免疫学方法进行检测,而目前主要是通过免疫荧光筛选的方法进行测定。循环内皮细胞数量可以表明血管损伤的程度或和其相关;而且基本只受血管内皮损伤的影响。因此,循环内皮细胞能作为一些疾病的标示物。循环内皮细胞来自骨髓来源的循环内皮前体细胞,其黏附和凋亡机制目前所知甚少。综上所述,循环内皮细胞具有很大的研究前景。

Abstract:There was some endothelial cell in the circulation during study on assessment data of blood vessel injury, Its number might be a sensitive and specific data. These ceils had expressed in CD146 membrane glucoprotein that less exist in normal person. But when inflammation, immunoreaction, infection, oncogenesis and cardiological diseases had happened , its number had increased. It could be detected by Hladovec, density - gravity, immunological method. The main method was ELASA that related with blood vessel injury and the data could be reference data of cardiac disease. The endothelial cell comes from bone marrow that its mechanism is less known. There might be great future to study the endothelial cell in circulation.
