| 摘 要： | 目的防范调剂差错,杜绝药疗事故的发生。方法从药品、医生、药师、患者等不同方面,分析门诊药房容易发生调剂差错的原因,并采取相应的防范措施。结果确保患者用药安全、合理、有效。结论药学工作者在调剂过程中高度重视差错问题,积极采取相应的各种措施,就能减少差错事故的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To avoid a faulty pharmacy medicine distribution and to eliminate medical accidents as well.Methods To analyze the causes of a faulty medicine distribution from different aspects such as drugs,doctors,pharmacists,patients and take precautionary measures related.Results To ensure the use of pharmacy medicine safe,reasonable and effective.Conclusion Pharmaceutical workers should always pay more attention on the faulty medicine distribution so as to avoid medical accidents as possible. |
