4370例育龄妇女生殖道感染情况分析

目的系统了解台山市育龄妇女生殖道感染(RTI)情况,掌握RTI的患病率,为进一步开展综合防治提供依据。方法 4370例妇女阴道或宫颈分泌物行白带涂片多功能染色,检查清洁度、白色念珠菌、滴虫、淋球菌等。结果 RTI总患病率为43.6%,其中宫颈炎、细菌性阴道病(BV)、外阴阴道念珠菌病、滴虫性阴道炎、淋病的患病率分别为30.9%、20.7%、13.6%、2.1%和0.3%。且患病率农村高于城镇,与是否使用避孕套有关,而节育器对患病率影响不大。结论开展RTI综合防治,降低育龄妇女RTI患病率是当前计划生育技术服务的紧要工作之一。

Analysis on reproductive tract infections of 4 370 women of child bearing age

Objective To systematically study the reproductive tract infections （RTI） in women of childbearing age in Taishan for acquiring the morbidity rate of RTI and supporting the further comprehensive prevention and treatment.Methods To analyze 4 370 cases of women′s vagina or cervical secretion smears,and multiple function dyeing was used to check the cleanliness,Candida albicans,trichomonas,Neisseria gonorrhoeae,etc.Results The synthetic morbidity rate of RTI was 43.6%,and the morbidity rate of cervicitis,bacterial vaginosis （BV）,vulvovaginal candidiasis （VVC）,trichomonas vaginitis（TV） and gonorrhea was 30.9%,20.7%,13.6%,2.1%,0.3% respectively.Generally the morbidity rate was higher in countryside than in town.This was related to the usage of condoms.Intrauterine device （IUD） had little to do with the above mentioned rates.Conclusion To conduct comprehensive prevention and treatment of RTI,and reduce the morbidity rate of RTI in women of childbearing age is one of the critical and urgent jobs of the current family planning technique services.
