探讨传染病疫情报告方式对报告质量的影响

目的 探讨不同的传染病疫情报告方式,为进一步提高疫情报告质量提供依据.方法 抽取四种不同传染病疫情报告方式中具有代表性的1996年、1999年、2003年、2005年的传染病报告卡进行统计分析.结果 随着传染病疫情报告方法的改进,传染病报告卡的完整率、准确率、报出及时率及传染病漏报率都有了明显的改善.2005年的完整率比1996年上升了88.46%、正确率上升了38.89%、及时率上升了2倍、迟报率降低了77.78%,漏报率降低了81.09%.结论 网络直报系统极大的改善了传染病疫情的报告质量,今后应加强管理及时解决网络直报系统中存在的问题.

Discussion of the effects of infectious disease reporting modes on the report quality

Objective The present study was conducted to discuss different reporting modes of infectious diseases in order to provide the basis for further improvement of the report quality. Methods The report cards of infectious diseases in 1996, 1999, 2003 and 2005 were sampled and analyzed statistically, which were involved in four kinds of reporting modes of infectious disease respectively. Results With the improvement of the reporting modes of infectious disease epidemic situation, the integrity rate, the accuracy rate and the reporting timeliness rate of infectious disease report cards and the failed reporting rate of infectious diseases were obviously improved. Compared with the year of 1996, the integrity rate increased 88.46%, the accuracy rate rose 38.89%, the timeliness rate increased 2 times, late reporting rate reduced 77.78%, and the failed reporting rate decreased 81.09%. Conclusion The direct network reporting system has greatly improved the reporting quality of infectious disease. From now on, we should strengthen the management and solve the problems of the direct network reporting system.
