| 摘 要： | 本文报告经显微外科手术治疗的颅底脑膜瘤３４例，其中前颅窝底１０例，中颅窝底１０例，后颅窝底１４例。肿瘤全切２２例，近全切８例，部分切除４例，术后死亡４例，其余疗效良好。

| Abstract: | A retrospective analysis of 34 patients with cranial base meningioma was reported.All the patients were trented by micrisurgical excision. Among them, the tumors of 22caese were removal completely, 8 cases hadsubtotal removal and the rest was removedpartially. The outcom of the operation wassatisfactory. Wediscribed the histopathological types, loca tion and clinical mani festation the tumors. The indication and approach of the operation,prevention andmanagement of the postoperative complieations were also discussed in the paper. |
