EP9-A在血液分析仪比对中的应用

目的应用正常人新鲜全血对多台血液分析仪进行比对，使血液分析仪各参数之间具有可比性。方法我们根据美国临床实验室标准化委员会（NCCLS）标准文件EP9-A的要求，以WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT作为比对项目；以BAYER ADVIA120作为参比仪器对待评仪器SYSMEX XT-1800进行比对分析。结果SYSMEX XT-1800的WBC、RBC、H6B、PLT四项指标的相关系数r都〉0.975，在医学决定水平处的系统误差（Bc）均小于规定的允许总误差（Ea）范围。结论为保证检验结果的准确、一致，当在同一实验室内具有不同品牌、不同型号的分析仪，或用不同仪器、不同测定方法测定同一检测项目时必须要进行对比分析。

Clinical appliection of calibration for automated hematology analyzers with EP9-A

Objective To calibrate hematology analyzers with fresh blood to make their parameters comparable．Methods According to EP9-A，one of the standard files of NCCLS，we use BAYER ADVIA120 as a reference method to make compaire to SYSMEX XT-1800，with WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT．Results the correlation coefficients of WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT of XT-1800 are all over 0．975 and the systematic errors in medicine decide level are all below the TEa that is acceptable in clinic．Conclusions In order to get the correct result，we must make’a comparison between different analyzers and methods.
