| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠，心病患者的心理特征以及对躯体疾病的影响。方法本文分别用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)和精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)对研究组84例冠心病患者和对照组90例正常人进行测试。结果在EPQ分析中研究组女性E分显著低于对照组，N分值显著高于对照组，研究组男性E分和N分均显著高于对照组。在SCL-90因子分析中研究组躯体化，抑郁，焦虑和恐怖因子分显著高于对照组。结论提示冠心病患者情绪不稳，男性性格外向，女性性格内向，且存在严重的抑郁和焦虑等情绪问题，应加以关注。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore psychologcial state in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 84 patients with coronary heart disease and 90 healthy people were investigated with EPQ and SCL-90.Results In analysis of EPQ for woman ,the score of E in study group werer significant lower than control group,the score of N in study group were significant higher than control group;In analyzed of EPQ for man,the score of Nand E in study group were both significant higher than control group.In analysis of SCL-90 the score of somatization,depression,anxiety and phobia in study group were significant higher than control group.Conclusion In patients with coronary heart disease,mood isn't steady.Women's personality is internaler,men's personality is externaler.There are significant emotive problems in patients of coronary heart disease,it is paid attention to. |
