牛膝多糖对脑外伤大鼠脑组织中SOD与MDA影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨牛膝多糖对实验性脑外伤大鼠氧化应激指标SOD与MDA的影响,以寻求治疗和预防脑外伤后继发性改变的新方法.方法:建立脑外伤大鼠模型,分别在外伤后不同时相观察正常组,模型组,牛膝多糖高、中、低剂量治疗组大鼠脑组织中SOD与MDA的变化.结果:在不同时相牛膝多糖治疗组大鼠脑组织MDA活性显著低于模型组(P<0.05),而SOD活性则显著高于模型组.高、中剂量治疗组与低剂量治疗组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:牛膝多糖能够提高SOD活性,降低MDA活性,提高大鼠的抗氧化能力,从而延缓和防治脑外伤发展,故可用于治疗和预防脑外伤后的二次损伤和多次损伤.

Abstract:Objective:Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect of achyranthis polysaccharides on the influence of oxidative stress of rats with cerebral trauma.And to find the new way to treat and prevent it's second change.Methods:After making the cerebral trauma model,we observe the change of SOD and MDA in the rats' brain tissue at different time in each group.Results: At different time,the activity of MDA in the operated groups rats' brain tissue is remarkably lower than the model group rats'(P<0.05),but SOD was opposite.There is significant difference between the high-dose group,the middle-dose group rats' and low-dose group rats'(P<0.05),but there is no significant difference between the two formers.Conclusion: Achyranthis polysaccharides can improve the activity of SOD,and depress the activity of MDA.So it can elevate the ability of antioxidation.So it can delay,prevent and cure the development of cerebral trauma and can be used to preven and cure secondary disease and multiple affection.
