复可托治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染疗效观察

目的 观察复可托治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效.方法 51例反复呼吸道感染患儿,随机分为治疗组(n=26)和对照组(n=25).治疗组除常规治疗外,给予复可托2mg/次,隔日1次口服,疗程3个月.对照组仅给予常规治疗.疗程结束后随访1年.记录疗程结束后1年内患儿疗效,并检测治疗组T细胞亚群.结果 治疗组显效率(32.0%)及有效率(60.0%)均高于对照组的8.3%和41.7%(P＜0.05);治疗组以复可托治疗后CD3(70.49±2.26)、CD4(42.85±3.71)、CD4/CD8(74±0.21)明显升高,CD8(24.07±2.83)明显下降(P＜0.05).结论 反复呼吸道感染患儿应用复可托可明显改善其免疫失衡状态.

A clinical observation of therapeutic effect of Fuketuo for children with recurrent respiratory infection

Objective To observe and evaluate therapeutic effect of Fuketuo for children with recurrent respiratory infection(RRI).Methods Fifty-one children with RRI were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=26) and control group(n=25).In addition to routine treatment,the children in the treatment group were given extra oral administration of Fuketuo with a dose of 2mg/2days for 3 months,while those children in the control group only received routine treatment.All the children were followed up to observe their 1 year therapeutic effects and detect their T cell subsets.Results The effectual rate(32.0%) and effective rate(60.0%) of Fuketuo in the treatment group were both higher than those in the control group(8.3% and 41.7%,respectively)(P<0.05).Elevated T lymphocytes(CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8)observed in the treatment group were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuketuo can greatly improve imbalance of immunity state of children with RRI.
