强化政府行为 贯彻实施《母婴保健法》

《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》是我国第一部保护妇女儿童健康、提高人口出生素质的法律。它的颁布与实施为广大妇女儿童的身体健康提供了法律保障；有利于进一步落实计划生育国策，提高人口素质；有利于依法加强妇幼卫生工作；顺应了国际社会关注妇女儿童健康的大潮流。《母婴保健法》是符合我国国情、具有中国特色的保护母婴健康的法律。它对于科学、有效地组织妇女儿童的保健活动，规范和加强妇幼卫生工作；维护妇女儿童的合法权益，保证母婴健康，保证计划生育国策的落实和提高民族素质，发展经济、振兴中华、维护国家的国际声誉，均有着非常重大的意义。为保证《母婴保健法》的贯彻实施，一要广泛开展《母婴保健法》的宣传，统一思想。增强全民执法的自觉性；二要积极扶持妇幼卫生事业；三要加强领导，落实部门职责，全方位地贯彻《母婴保健法》。

Strengthen Government Action and Carry out“Mother and Infent Health Law”

癕other and Infant Health Law”is the first law on preserving women and children health and improving human birth quality in China.The promulgation and implementation of the law give a legal security for women and children health.It is advantageous to further implement the policy of family plan and make further impovement the human quality.It has great significance in strengthening MCH management,defending the legitimate right of women and children,implementing the policy of family plan,improving national quality and defending the international honor of our country.In order to guarantee implementation of the law,the first thing to do is to extensive develop propaganda and education of the law;the second one is to support the MCH undertakings actively;the third one is to strengthen leading to MCH and carry out“Mother and Infant Health Law”all round.
