| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨踝关节骨折脱位手术治疗的意义。方法:自1998年5月至2004年8月收治经手术治疗踝关节骨折脱位病例,其中38例行手术治疗。术后早期功能锻炼。结果:本组病例除1例内踝骨不连外,其余均已骨性愈合,暂未见骨关节炎病例。结论:踝关节骨折脱位手术治疗效果良好,适于临床开展。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the significance of operative treatment for fracture dislocation of the ankle.Method: 38 cases with fracture dislocation of the ankle from 1998 to 2004 were given operative treatment and early functional rehabilitation.Result: There was one nonunion of fracture,and other fractures healed well.None osteoarthritis occurred in all cases.Conclusion: Operation is significantly effective on the treatment of fracture dislocation of the ankle. |
