| Abstract: | A cell counting assay was developed to measure the infectivity of Sendai virus and Newcastle disease virus by indirect immunoperoxidase. It was used to monitor monoclonal antibodies against Newcastle disease virus, antibody to Sendai virus in mice and tracheal infectivity in chickens. |
