| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药制剂血塞通注射液治疗慢性呼吸衰竭的临床疗效.方法:将86例慢性呼吸衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组单用西医常规治疗,观察组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用血塞通注射液静脉滴注,两组疗程均为2周.结果:观察组总有效率81.3%,与对照组(72.1%)相比,P＜0.05,在改善血气分析及血液流变学指标方面明显优于对照组.结论:中药血塞通注射液治疗慢性呼吸衰竭疗效肯定.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Xuesaitong Injection on the treatment of chronic respiratory failure Methods:86 cases were classified into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine therapy with western medicine Based on the regime,the test group received Xuesaitong injection,iv, once a day Therapeutic course was 14 days in every patient Results:The overall effective rate (81 3%) of test group was higher than that of control group (P<0 05)?The indexes of the test group related to blood gas analysis and blood rheology were significantly improved in comparison with the control group Conclusion:Xuesaitong Injection has a apparent effect on chronic respiratory failure |
