贴补法治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔疗效观察

目的 :探讨外伤性鼓膜穿孔贴补疗法的愈合情况。方法 :将 89例 (92耳 )患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 4 6例(47耳 )为贴补组 ,行穿孔处新鲜鸡蛋内膜贴补 ;对照组 4 3例 (45耳 )行常规耳道处理 ,比较两组鼓膜穿孔愈合情况。结果 :两组鼓膜穿孔愈合情况经 X2 检验 ,P<0 .0 5 ,差异有显著性。结论 :外伤性鼓膜穿孔及时行贴补治疗 ,有利于穿孔组织修复

Observation on the curative effect of traumatic perforation of the tympanic membrane subsidizing therapy

Objective:Research on traumatic perforation of the tympanic membrane subsidizing therapy and perforation healing.Methods:89 cases of patients (92 ears) are divided into two groups at random.There are 46 cases (47 cars) in treatment group,which is subsidizing group.This method use the inner membrane of fresh eggs to subsidize the perforation.There are 43 cases in control group(45 ears),called compared group in which routine ear hole processing has been done.Comparing the perforation healing of the two groups leads.Results:The perforation healing of treatment group and control group was tested by X 2 test, P <0.05,the difference between those two groups is significant.Conclusion:The application of subsidizing therapy without delay when traumatic perforation of the tympanic membrane happen will do good to the recovery of the perforation tissue.
